 3 Pre-approval - After receiving your documents a Cityside consultant will call you to discuss your pre-approval and custom fit the loan to your exact needs.

 4 Loan Processing and Closing- After receiving Cityside Mortgage documents in the mail, please sign and return these papers in the envelope provided. Our innovative processing allows us to get to closing in a timely manner.
